It usually has a genetic component and, in some cases, is related to neurological alterations in neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is not just a dog with a lot of energy, but an animal that has difficulty relaxing even when there are no stimuli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Common signs of hyperactivity:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud83d\udd38Inability to rest or sleep deeply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud83d\udd38Panting, restlessness or constant movement for no apparent reason.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud83d\udd38Excessive attention-seeking (barking, jumping, nibbling).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud83d\udd38Persistent destructive behaviour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud83d\udd38Elevated heart and respiratory rates even at rest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud83d\udd38Difficulty learning or concentrating.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In puppies, this behaviour is usually normal and decreases with age. They are restless by nature.
